Why Rent Strings With Us
String instruments need real care, bridges stay properly set, strings need fresh sets as they wear, and bows need rehairing over time. Every string instrument we rent is checked and set up before it leaves our store, and if something needs attention while your student has it, our Las Vegas studio handles the repair in house.
As students grow, quite literally in the case of strings, sizing matters as much as skill level. A young beginner on a fractional size violin will need a full size instrument within a few years, and exchanging as they grow is simple. No long term commitment, just the right size and instrument for where a student actually is.

Grab it in person or arrange delivery, then play through the year with our team on hand for any adjustments along the way.

Bring the instrument back to Family Music Centers once the school year finishes, with nothing owed beyond that.
In-Store
Stop into our Las Vegas studio and our staff will fit your student with the right string instrument on the spot, sized correctly and ready that same visit.
