Our Approach to Private Brass Lessons
Brass lessons at our Centennial Hills studio are private, in-person instruction with a teacher who is degree verified, background checked and employed directly by Family Music Centers. Our brass teacher here leads professional and youth orchestras in Las Vegas, teaches at the college and high school level, and has directed more than 300 productions. Students build embouchure, breath support and tone with someone who knows what ensemble directors expect, whether they are headed for school band, marching season or orchestra.
Lessons take place at our Centennial Hills studio, 7280 W. Azure Dr, at W. Azure Dr and Tenaya. Since 1995, Family Music Centers has taught more than 1.8 million lessons across the Las Vegas valley. Tim is a Las Vegas conductor and director who also leads NEXTET and the Southern Nevada Chamber Orchestra. A clinician and adjudicator nationwide, he champions new music and music education, has guest work across the U.S. and abroad, and teaches brass, woodwinds, strings and piano at our Centennial Hills studio.
